Gravestone Photographs Resource: send a message to someone who requested a photo

Send a message to the person who requested a photo of the grave monument of Mary Ann Cosgrove with the following comment:

My GGgrandparents were Thomas Cosgrove and Dorothy Gilmore born in Ireland - perhaps Tyrone County. Their son William (1849 - 1918) moved to, married and raised a family in Larkhall, Scotland. I have connected with the lost Scottish side of the Cosgroves (my grandfather moved to Canada and raised his family there and lost contact with his relatvies) but no one knows if William had any brothers or sisters or anything about his Irish history. I try and track down any lead I get which shows Thomas and Dorothy as names together such as this gravestone. You never know what bit of information might prove useful. I have a photograph that was identified as William Cosgrove's wife Margaret but it was taken in South Shields, Durham. Can't think why a Larkhall resident would have a picture taken there unless it's been misidentified by family members long since gone or perhaps there were Cosgrove relatives living there. Appreciate the service you are offering. I helped cataloque a cemetery once and it was surprising how much work was involved and how many graves were actually there!Debbie MacDonald, Innisfail, Alberta, Canada
